Shipping policy

We aim to provide you with the best shipping experience, including transparent shipping policies. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process:
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is offered within Canada based on the cart total and will be displayed before order checkout. Delays can occasionally occur. Vibe and Virtue is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier company.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Sherwood Mount NW.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 10 business days. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready.
Our Local pickup hours are from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm on weekdays, and 10:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays (excluding holidays).
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thevibeandvirtue.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
