Thank you for shopping with us. Each product we release is part of a limited-time drop and made in small batches. For that reason, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

If this applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thevibeandvirtue.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a refund, depending on availability.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • We do not accept returns for final-sale or discounted items
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by us

Drop-Specific Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a drop ends, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
